| Hiya all!! Went to see Deal or No Deal filmed on Monday (8th) as an audience member! Was so much fun but was also so surreal, was not what i expected. The studio on tv looks massive when really its quite tiny. That walkway bit from the contestants to their chair looks really long on tv but is actually really short, about 5 steps and you're there lol. Noel is quite short which surprised me, and he did a couple of bloopers which were funny. But overall a great experience and am looking forward to trying to spot myself on tv lol, not sure if i can tell you when its on due to the legal side of it (had to sign stuff etc) and also due to that, i cant tell you how much the person won, sadly lol. But it was a great morning and a really fun experience | | |
| Heya all!! Been a while since i wrote something new on here so thought i would while i had some spare time. I hope everyone is well and starting to get back into the swing of uni (or if you havent started yet, soon getting into the swing of uni lol). So far my first week of term has been quite busy mainly because its been disertation related, quite heavily actually. There's an awful lot of planning to do to be able to carry out a psychological research project. I'm currently designing the online questionnaire needed for my participants and i've just finished my 5 page ethics proposal which basically says the aims of the project, what will happen to participants and could they get harmed. I think that unless they stick their hand inside the PC for some reason none of my participants should get harmed, so i'm covered on that front lol. The form has to go through like 4 different 'inspection' stages to make sure it's all ok then it has to go in front of the university's ethics committee and get agreed on by 3 out of the 4 of them, so quite a long way to go really before i can even think about actually starting to collect data, ah well its all fun Thats about it for now really, speak to ya all soon! | Heya all,
Work is becoming slightly boring now lol Standing on your feet for 7/8 hours at a time isnt too nice and does make it all slightly dull and mind numbing at times
We should all meet up soon, would be nice to see peeps again as its been a while now
| Hiya all!
Well my exam results came through the post on monday showing that i had (somehow lol) passed all my modules. This is a great relief as i really didnt want to do any resits, especially in psycholinguistics, and i wanted to go into my 3rd year with a clean slate, which i now have, so i'm happy. And of course when i was taking my exams, no exams or coursework was being marked, so i never even knew if i was going to get my results, or when, but they must have marked it all quite quickly to get the results out on time, just hope they havent missed anything out lol.
Hope everyone is well and that your exams have also gone well for you!

| hello all!
Exams are finally over, i think they went ok overall, a few sections were a bit iffy but i suppose you have to expect that, i doubt they'll even be marked very quickly due to this silly assessment boycott and all that, ah well.
I'm also finally back at home, still havent really unpacked yet lol, i'll get round to it eventually, but in the end i'll probs just live out of my boxes as they've only got to be packed back up again after all lol.
i hope everyone is well, we must all meet up again when everyone is back at home! :)
